OPERATION: -

Inspection Table Is Equipment Consisting Of Two Or Three (Double Side Sitting Arrangement) Tracks Conveyor With A Hood With Lighting Arrangement And Visual Inspection Background Of Alternate Black & White Color

The Central Conveyor Belt Brings The Bottle From The Capping / Washing Machine Conveyor. The Bottles Are Automatically Bifurcated On The Two Adjoining Conveyor Belts And Further On The Side Tables For Operator’s Sitting On Either Side Of The Table. The Operator In Turn Picks Up The Bottles And Visually Inspects The Bottles In The Alternate White & Black Background To Check For Any Partial In The Liquid Filled, Sealed And Breakage Of Bottles. After Inspection The Bottles Are Placed In The Central Track Which Is Transfer For Labeling.
